My client is looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist to provide administrative support in a dynamic financial services environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys multitasking and contributing to a fast-paced office, and is comfortable with proactive outreach to clients for ad-hoc tasks.
The Role: As the first point of contact, you will greet clients, manage phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain an organised front office.
You'll also assist the financial planning team with client onboarding, document management, and administrative tasks.
Additionally, you'll take initiative in reaching out to clients for ad-hoc requests and follow-up actions.
Key Responsibilities: Reception duties: greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.
Administrative support: assisting with client records, compliance documents, and data entry.
Proactive outreach: engaging with clients for ad-hoc tasks and follow-up actions.
General office tasks: managing supplies, organizing mail, and supporting team events.
About You: Passion for excellent client service and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience with proactive client outreach and follow-up.
Previous experience in reception or administration, ideally in financial services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
