About Our Client Our client, a reputable law firm in Brisbane, is seeking an organised and efficient Receptionist/Admin professional to join their team on a contract basis until the 20th December 2024. In this fast-paced, client-focused environment, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Job Description Reception duties: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and managing general inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assisting with general office admin tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Document Management: Ensuring accurate filing and organisation of legal and confidential documents (both physical and digital).
Data Entry: Updating client records and maintaining up-to-date office systems.
Scheduling & Coordination: Booking appointments and meeting rooms, assisting with calendar management.
Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies as required.
General Office Assistance: Providing support to other departments and staff as needed.
The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Full-time, contract role with a reputable law firm.
