The Receptionist will be the welcoming face of NJBHS, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and supporting our Clinical Team in providing exceptional, patient-centred care.
Our ideal candidate will love working as part of a team and bring a positive, friendly, and calming vibe to the NJBHS Clinic. You are self-motivated, have great attention to detail, love processes and demonstrate good professional ethics. Flexibility with hours and a passion for a busy environment are essential.
Responsibilities
This role is fast-paced and multi-faceted, and your responsibilities will include:
Client Support Responsibilities: Greeting clients, managing inquiries, and facilitating patient-centred care within the clinicResolving patient concerns and feedbackAdministrative Responsibilities: Supporting and managing physiotherapist requests and diariesGeneral reception and administrative tasksAssisting Owner and Management Team as neededOversight of billing and claimsMaintaining clinic presentation and performing light housekeeping, including mopping & vacuuming.
