About The Role
This role is varied and ensures you will be kept busy. Primarily, you will be providing front desk support in a client-facing role and assisting the broader administration team. Your duties will include:
Greeting clientsAnswering phones and directing callsManaging meeting rooms and setting up meetingsAssisting with client queriesGeneral administration including mail and arranging cateringProviding assistance to the broader administration team when requiredAbout You
You will ideally have at least one year of experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment. You will also have the following:
