Now, we're looking for a superstar  Receptionist  to be the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly for our clients and team.

What you'll be doing: Greeting clients, answering phones, managing calendars – basically keeping things flowing like clockwork!
Ensuring the front of house is always presentable and welcoming – including keeping meeting rooms tidy, stocked, and ready for clients or internal use.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the communal kitchen area.
Managing mail, arranging couriers, and directing new client enquiries to our Concierge.
Arranging catering for meetings and training sessions to keep everyone fuelled and focused.
Helping our Operations team with office maintenance, plant care, and general support – even assisting with our fun internal events.
Managing office supplies, printing, scanning, filing, and keeping our databases up to date.
Managing subtenant relationships and supporting co-working space operations to ensure a great experience for everyone.
Being the go-to person for anything and everything, always ready to lend a hand!
What we're looking for : You don't need to have reception experience (though that's a bonus), but you do need to bring a positive attitude and love getting involved.
We want someone who is: Friendly and approachable – You bring the wow factor with your customer service skills.
Organised and tidy – You're great at juggling tasks and keeping things in order.
Tech-Savvy – You know your way around Microsoft Office and are keen on using tech to work smarter.
Proactive – You love solving problems and making things happen.
Well-Presented and professional – You'll be the first point of contact, so looking and sounding great is key!

A few extras: Previous reception or admin experience is a bonus, but experience in customer service (think retail or hospitality) goes a long way!
