National Law Firm seeks a career receptionist. Law Firm or professional Services experience is essential. The role As a Receptionist of a national law firm, your duties will include -
Answering incoming calls and taking messages when necessary Greeting clients and visitors and settling them into the waiting area, offering water, tea, coffee etc Showing clients and visitors to the various meeting rooms Offering and providing refreshments Managing meeting rooms: Monitor online room booking system Provide assistance with online room bookings Set up meeting rooms for meetings with water and any required equipment Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area and kitchen Organising all courier deliveries to and from the office Organising catering for meetings/seminars Monitoring and distributing incoming electronic faxes Maintaining a contractor visitor register Assisting with in-house CPD seminars Assist with the preparation and smooth running of in-house client events including arrange catering, setting up equipment, general set up of seminar packs and name tags, and clean up Providing general back up support to Office Manager and Office Services team members Provide general administrative assistance to secretarial staff Complete travel bookings on behalf of the Practice and FAST teams Perform Emergency Evacuation warden duties and attend regular training sessions Monitor the Office Services mailboxes, actioning all requests for goods, services and information You You will have a minimum of 2 years reception experience within a law firm or professional services environment. The Law Firm / Salary National law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $75,000 including Superannuation).
