01st October, 2024 The Company: Our client is a leading healthcare provider with multiple offices located across Australia.
Well-known and respected in the market for their onsite OH&S and injury management services provided to clients – this is a firm you will enjoy being a part of.
The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team ASAP for a 4 week temp assignment with opportunity to extend.
Based on their busy front reception desk located at Brisbane Airport (NB.
Training will be in Brisbane West End for 3 days), your core duties will include:    Front of House Management Customer Service - Meet and greet of clients Managing the company switchboard Booking and coordination of client appointments Creation and updating of client files General adhoc administrative support to the team    About You: Previous Reception or Administration experience Intermediate MS Office skills Personable and professional manner Ability to multitask Confident working in a fast paced environment Exceptional coordination skills Immaculate presentation       The Perks: 4 week assignment with possibility to extend Immediate Start Collaborative team environment Full-Time Role - Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:30pm       If this sounds like your next temp assignment then Stitch has got you covered – APPLY NOW!
