We are currently looking for an experienced and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at Annexe Apartments.
Your key responsibilities include:
Undertaking the daily duties associated with check-in and check-out. Managing reservations and answering all calls. Assisting with requests and general enquiries. Located directly across from the Royal Brisbane Hospital, we offer a great location, elegant and comfortable apartments, and the flexibility to provide short and long-term accommodation.
Looking for 20+ hours a week – casual or part-time?
We have great working hours – the latest we work is 7pm, allowing you to have your nights to yourself.
We require dedicated, hardworking, and friendly team members.
Due to the nature of the role, previous experience in front office is essential.
The successful applicant will need:
Previous reservations or hotel front desk experience. The ability to work comfortably both independently and within a team. Great communication skills. A strong ability to multi-task. Experience with Property Management Software (RMS preferred). You will be expected to be flexible to work a weekly roster and have availability between 8am to 7pm daily.
Uniforms are provided.
Job Type: Casual or Part-time.
Salary: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour.
