The Role

As a Receptionist of a National Law Firm, your duties will involve:
Meet and greet of clients and staffTaking messagesarranging couriersdistribution of faxesbooking and preparing meeting rooms, including catering and IT requirementslogging building maintenance requeststravel and accommodation bookingsand general administration duties Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Receptionist experience within a law firm or professional services environment.

The Firm / Salary / Benefits

National mid tier law firm of 110 staff, yearly salary/performance reviews, paid parental leave, end of month drinks, induction training. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $65000 - $75,000 including superannuation).
