As one of the first points of contact for the hotel you be responsible for: The check in and check out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations, answering all calls and assisting guests with all guest requestsDriving revenue targets by effectively upselling to guestsExcelling in guest communicationEnsuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable.
