About the Role We are seeking a polished and professional corporate receptionist with strong administrative skills and proficiency in various computer programs.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will create a welcoming environment and provide essential support to the team.
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM located at Norwood.
Key Responsibilities Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
Greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
Managing appointment schedules and office calendars.
Handling mail, correspondence, and office documentation.
Supporting the sales and property management teams with data entry and administrative tasks.
Utilising office management software, including MS Office.
Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional demeanor with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
A background in real estate or property management (highly regarded).
