Responsibilities   The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:   Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone  Greet clients and customers at reception  High level administrative support to the team  Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments   Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings  Issuing security passes Requirements/Skills  Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous High attention to detail  Competency with IT systems  Must be well presented    If you are interested in this role please APPLY today.
