About the role
My Physio My Health is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Receptionist to join our team.
Full- time, part time, permanent as well as casual positions are available at various locations.

Reporting to the location Office Manager, this role will include the following admin support and reception tasks.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Day-to-day administration of the reception of the practice
Greeting clients with a smile and providing exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls & inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner
Invoicing - Private & Third Party
Patient bookings and diary management
Data Entry
Coordinating with other team members - admin, physio and other allied health clinicians and management
Skills and experience
Prior working experience in an Allied Health/Medical reception position
Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Google Suite and data entry
Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Have a good understanding of Hicaps, Work Cover, and EPC / Medicare billings
Have exceptional written and verbal communication.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Have a can-do attitude, be enthusiastic and friendly.
Be able to multitask and prioritise appropriately.
Show strong initiative.
Be able to work effectively and professionally under pressure.

Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
