The Company Adelaide Injury Clinic is a multidisciplinary medical clinic specialising in Workplace Injury Management and Pre-Employment Medicals. Our independent healthcare practitioners offer their patients hand on, caring and holistic healthcare. 
The Role We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our practice and be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service to all patients. This role will see you managing a busy reception desk, welcoming patients to the Clinic and supporting healthcare professionals, alongside general administration duties. 
Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients into our Clinic.Administering forms and entering details into the database.Scheduling appointments and meetings.Making inbound and outbound calls regarding enquiries, specialist bookings and patient care.Monitoring a busy inbox with patient and client enquiries and bookings.The Successful Candidate Exceptional customer service and communication skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.Professional and personable telephone and email manner.Detail-oriented.Must have ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.Ability to work as a multi-faceted team and autonomously.Neat and professional presentation.Motivated, adaptable and willing to learn.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an outstanding work environment with a friendly, values-driven team.
