Receptionist - Immediate Start

Immediate Start We are seeking a casual Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Dubbo. Flexibility is essential as hours may involve early mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays. If you have a passion for helping people, a positive, can-do attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting clients on the phone and in person. Scheduling and managing appointments. Managing payments and cash handling. Managing patient files and referrals. Liaising with the chiropractor. Ensuring cleaning is kept to a high standard. Liaising with off-site teams for training and development. Experience is preferred but not essential. Preference is given to applicants working in a similar role. On-the-job training provided. Job Type: Casual
