The Role The Receptionist & Housing Administration Assistant is a full-time role, based in our Head Office in Milton. The rostered hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am- 4.30pm.
This hybrid position will be the first point of contact for our team, contractors, and housing residents. They will:
Provide high-quality customer service to all incoming enquiries and proactive administrative support to the housing services team.Maintain tenancy and property management records, including filing inspection reports, bond forms, and entry notices.Perform key office functions, including preparing correspondence, maintaining registers, photocopying, and mail collection/distribution.Oversee calendar management, travel bookings, catering, office tidiness, servicing office equipment, and ordering supplies. About You We are seeking an applicant with excellent customer service skills, time management and attention-to-detail, who is proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
Whilst this is an entry-level Housing role, with on-the-job training, previous administration experience is a must.
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in the housing services space will be highly regarded.
The National Affordable Housing Head Office is conveniently located just off Park Road in Milton, close to cafes and shops. Public transport options are within walking distance, including train, bus, and ferry, and ample paid and metered parking options are available nearby.
