About the Opportunity As the Head Office Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization. Your role will involve:
Greeting clients, staff, visitors, and the public with a warm welcome Handling travel arrangements, vehicle bookings, and accommodations Managing room bookings, including coordinating facilities usage Creating purchase orders and preparing invoices Providing information and efficiently managing inquiries Coordinating the use and maintenance of our facilities Provide direct administrative assistance to the Executive Support team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at customer service, and adept at administrative duties!
To be successful in this role you will have: Certificate IV in Business/ Administration Studies, or equivalent experience in a relevant role. The ability to understand services provided and accurately refer calls and visitors Excellent people skills, a commitment to quality internal customer service along with a flexible, helpful and friendly disposition Well-developed ICT skill with the ability to use email, internet, ITC equipment (photocopiers, faxes, data projectors and mobile devices) and proficient in the Microsoft Word Suite (word, excel, outlook etc) Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations. Note:This position is identified as a Special Measures Employment Opportunity.
