Full Time or Job Share RoleBairnsdale location About The Role Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for the sales team in Bairnsdale.  This role would suit individuals who have well-developed communication and administration skills, have a confident phone manner and are well organised.
Duties and Responsibilities Answering phones and greeting visitorsDatabase maintenancePreparing and packaging large mail-outsPreparation of sale/lease documentsAdministration support duties for the Sales Team as required. Essential Skills and Attributes You will:
Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, punctual and well presented.Have well developed communication skills and a confident phone manner.The ability to work efficiently, remain calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.The ability to work alone as well as in a small team.
