RoleAn education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program.
ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position will be:
Reception Greet all parents/carers and visitors and ensure visitor sign-in processes are followed.Triage phone calls and complaints to appropriate leadership staff members.Provide first aid support to students, including administering routine medication.Compile daily meeting room booking sheets.Manage the school's email account including triaging emails to correct staff members.Manage student attendances and ensure daily AM & PM rolls are marked.Accounts Receivable Manage school's accounts receivable including receipting any monies on CASES21 & Xuno, preparing monies for banking.Count and receipt cash tins (Café and Coffee) daily and reconcile eftpos transactions.Who May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
