What this job involves: We're looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team and provide Facilities Management support/coordination and exceptional Reception service!
This role is working with an on-site client team in central Brisbane.
A snapshot of the role: Perform duties with integrity and diligence, and in a professional manner at all times.Ensure a clean, presentable, and well-maintained space at all times.Manage reception desk and reception duties.Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and schedules.Support and assist workplace events, including assisting with setting up and catering.Assist the existing FM team with all aspects of vendor management and financial administration.Deliver superior customer service and address customer feedback effectively.Administer the Service Requests Workflow.Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar facilities or administrative role is desirable.Knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders, etc. is desirable.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of basic procurement and accounting processes is a plus.Excellent team player but also capable of working independently.What you can expect from us: As an organisation, we embrace diversity and proactively support the needs that difference brings.
