About the opportunity Eastern Honda is looking for an experienced part-time Receptionist to join our team, working from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients, delivering front-of-house support with professionalism and warmth. We're seeking someone who can handle client communications efficiently and maintain a friendly, approachable manner. With a range of responsibilities and strong team support, you'll be an essential member of our team, so excellent communication skills are a must.
In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:
• First point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing first class hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner both face-to-face and over the phone
• Administration duties – including distribution of mail, ordering supplies, service banking and assisting other departments as required.
• Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the dealership
What you'll bring: To be successful in your new role you will have:
• Professional & excellent customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Strong PC skills
• A switched-on person who is good at multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail
• Calm & measured under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Reliability an absolute must
• A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
• A willingness for continuous improvement and learning
• Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
