About The Role Excellent opportunity for a Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to join us in our fast-paced clinic located at Booragoon.
The role - which will be a full-time position - will be based at our Booragoon clinic but will require occasional rotation through our other Perth clinics in Claremont, Forrestfield, East Fremantle and Morley. The position will be a hybrid role, combining front-desk reception/customer service responsibilities alongside clinical assistance with Radiologist reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who already has a base level of medical imaging experience and wants to expand their level of experience and responsibilities.
As part of the role you will be responsible for:
Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival Assisting Radiologists and other technical staff with reporting and other clinical activities Schedule appointments for patients and referrers Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required Enter and update patient registration details Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.
