With recent successes propelling the growth of the business, we are now looking for a talented customer service professional to fill the role of Client Services Representative. Our ideal candidate would preferably have a background in hospitality, administration and/or customer service. A great opportunity for someone who is eager to expand their skills in a corporate setting.
The ideal candidate will possess several key attributes: a robust sense of initiative, organizational prowess, and a genuine enthusiasm for developing skills in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Duties: Acting as a first point of contact for all tenants and their guests. Creating and updating tenant information within our CRM.Building rapport and managing a relationships with businesses across a range of corporate backgrounds. Handling phone calls for tenants of a wide range of queries. Maintaining stock levels of essential office and kitchen supplies. Maintain the Business Centre's facilities and the presentation of the shared amenity. Completing ad-hoc administration and secretarial tasks for tenants. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Sales Manager and Director. Host monthly events for tenants and encourage networking between tenants. Control expenditure and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
