About this role We are seeking a full-time experienced and professionally presented team player to join our Client Services team. You will help to create an environment that enables us to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Located at the front desk, you will be the first point of contact to meet and greet clients, creating a positive and professional first impression of our firm.
Responsibilities will include: Providing superior customer service to meet client and staff expectations Welcome and direction of clients into meeting rooms, including hospitality offerings Managing the distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering the switchboard, transferring calls, postal mail, and incoming emails to BAL Lawyers receptionMaintenance of the professional appearance of the firm and reception area, meeting rooms, and client spacesAssisting with general administrative tasksArranging couriers and deliveries to the officeMaintenance of office directories and reception proceduresTo be successful in this role You will be a positive and assertive individual with a warm and engaging personality who can demonstrate:
