Administration - Alice Springs ­­­­­Base Salary: $$66,963 - $72,559 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $85,053 - $91,349 (p.a.
)* Full Time Continuous Contract Working with  Central Australian Aboriginal Congress not only offers rewarding career options, but a wide range of employee benefits including; Competitive salaries Six (6) weeks' annual leave Generous salary packaging A strong commitment to Professional Development Access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost Relocation assistance (where applicable) District allowance  About the role The Receptionist position will have dual responsibilities that include a) the provision of a reception support to the Administrative Support Officer who provides support to programs, including the Child and Youth Assessment & Therapeutic Service (CYATS), Youth and Family Support Services (YFSS), NDIS Services and the Health Promotion Team, and b) the archiving of hard copy diagnostic files to an electronic records management system located at Congress 32 Priest St.
The position will work under the supervision of the CYATS management team.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Qualifications in Business or Health Administration or similar, or previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role Ability to maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
