Receptionist - Casual/On-Call

CASUAL/ON-CALL POSITION WE ARE SEEKING AN ON-CALL RECEPTIONIST (CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT) TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO BACK FILL SHIFTS IN THE CLINIC AS NECESSARY. Do you have a passion for helping people?

Can you work individually or in a team?
Are confident using computers and Microsoft 365?
Can you work in a fast-paced environment?
If you answered yes, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting clients on the phone and in person. Scheduling and managing appointments. Managing payments and cash handling. Managing patient files and referrals. Liaising with the chiropractor. Ensuring cleaning is kept to a high standard. Liaising with off-site teams for training and development. Experience is preferred but not essential. On-the-job training provided. Job Type: Casual
