Who we are Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia.

About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist and Facilities Administrator.
Responsible for providing reception and facilities support for our Perth office, Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline (DBP) and extending services to the wider AGIG business.

As an integral member of the People and Culture team, this role ensures seamless day-to-day operations by delivering professional and confidential administrative services, fostering effective service delivery.
This position is being offered as a permanent full-time role working in the Perth CBD Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception duties, handle switchboard calls, and greet visitorsAdminister security access cards and maintain parking registersCoordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesPrepare and maintain meeting rooms, including AV equipment at officeOversee day-to-day activities for leased properties and assist the National Property Manager with administrative tasks including invoicing and purchasingMaintain relationships with external providers, building management and agentsSupport a safe and respectful workplace for all employees and third partiesOrganise Perth team events such as Town Halls and corporate morning teasMaintain stationery stock and kitchen consumables to adhere to monthly budgetsAbout You Experience in reception, facilities coordination, or administration roles.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred) What we offer We are proud to be recognised as an inclusive employer by Diversity Council Australia, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion has earned us recognition in 2023-2024.
