About the opportunity
Join us as a Receptionist and Client Service Administrator (CSA) at our Belmont Office, WA where you'll play a pivotal role in servicing our clients and staff, ensuring business requirements are completed to a high standard. This varied role combines reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent client service.
In this position, you can expect to:
Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence. Keep address logs and spreadsheets updated and handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations. Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone. Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication. Handle daily mail processing, including scanning and tracking tax file numbers. Show flexibility and enthusiasm in performing additional tasks within your capabilities, contributing to the team's overall success. Take ownership of adapting to new systems quickly, showcasing your expertise in data accuracy and attention to detail, making an immediate impact in a fast-paced financial environment. About you
