Who are we looking for? We're looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join us at our Parramatta office and assist with the efficient running of office operations, providing office administration and reception support to a diverse range of employees, clients and business groups.
Working with an energetic and successful team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings & set up, travel, archiving, reports, data entry and event supportBeing the first point of contact for visitor, client and employee enquiries, creating a welcoming environment for allHandling incoming calls, emails, mail & couriersFormatting and compiling documentation such as proposals, reports, and CVsMonitoring and maintaining our workplace, ensuring it is tidy, organised, and presentable.What would you bring to the team? Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional workplace service experienceAt least 2 years' experience in similar receptionist or admin positions in a busy and professional environmentAbility to provide administrative support with proficiency in MS Office packages including Teams, Word and ExcelOutstanding work ethic with a proactive demeanour and strong attention to detailWillingness to be a key member of a lively, motivated, friendly and fun professional teamInterested?
