In addition to greeting clients, you'll play a vital part in new client onboarding and work closely with our accountants and partners to provide essential administrative support. What will you do? Enthusiastically manage inbound phone callsProfessional management of Walshs enquiries emailsCoordination of meeting bookings, reminders to clients, and meeting roomsClient coffees, kitchen organisation, and staff amenities orderingCoordination of the onboarding experience for all clientsCollation of new client information and referral dataComplete exchanges, process queries, and manage client expectations in a timely and professional manner.What you need: Experience in a similar customer facing roleProven success and passion for client serviceHigh level of professional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and a high attention to detailIntermediate/advanced IT knowledgeExperience working within an accountancy practice would be highly regarded.Experience in performing a wide range of administrative functionsA strong focus on clients and desire to go above-and-beyondWillingness to work in a team environment to achieve common objectives The position requires multi-tasking in all facets of reception and administrative duties while working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be available to work full time hours Monday-Friday, part-time or reduced hours are not available for this role. Remuneration will be determined according with previous experience.
