This is a 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential for a permanent position.
Our energetic and supportive team is seeking a professional and approachable personality to join us at LJ Hooker Flinders Park. Director of First Impressions will be responsible for all front office tasks including meeting and greeting clients. Customer relationship building as well as offer support in administration. The right candidate will also have a friendly phone manner, ability to think on their feet, dedication to work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm.

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Duties Include but not limited to Data entry and database managementPhone management and call directionSupport the property management and sales team with admin and various tasks (training provided)Book and co-ordinate property marketingAttend meetings as required to take minutesManage social media channels. Preferred experience but not essential.  Real estate experienceExperience using CanvaExperience using Microsoft office As an award winning agency, we offer the opportunity to grow and learn more about various parts of the real estate industry.
