The Role Acting as the face of the company, you will provide reception services and some administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome Maintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areas Coordinate, set-up and clean-up boardroom bookings Manage mail, couriers, and purchasing for office and kitchen supplies Maintain a tidy and well-stocked kitchen Provide administration support to the office What will you need to succeed?
Proven experience in a receptionist/administrative position within a corporate environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office First aid certificate preferred Enthusiastic, proactive with a "can-do" attitude who is keen to take the role to the next level Apply now to enjoy being part of a successful and professional team.
