Conveniently located just north of Sydney's CBD, our client, a reputable engineering firm dedicated to delivering tailor-made sustainable solutions, is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Administrator to join their team.
The Role
Acting as the face of the company, you will provide reception services and some administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcomeMaintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areasCoordinate, set-up and clean-up boardroom bookingsManage mail, couriers, and purchasing for office and kitchen suppliesMaintain a tidy and well-stocked kitchenProvide administration support to the office What will you need to succeed? Proven experience in a receptionist/administrative position within a corporate environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting tasksAdvanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft OfficeFirst aid certificate preferredEnthusiastic, proactive with a "can-do" attitude who is keen to take the role to the next level
