Busy front office role in a fast-paced office environment Customer service is core to all you do Southbank, Melbourne As the first point of contact for our clients, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders, this role offers a diverse array of tasks every day!
The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional to deliver efficient, high-quality customer service while managing front office reception duties and related administrative tasks.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet office visitors and clientsAnswer, screen and forward incoming callsManage building access cards and visitor accessManage outbound/inbound local, domestic and international courier bookingsOffice stationery managementOffice food and beverage cateringPurchase OrdersTravel and accommodation bookingsOrdering PPE and uniformsBooking medicals for site workOther adhoc administrative tasks that arise including word processing, formatting, photocopying, binding and laminating. About you
We'd love for you to have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role where you've managed a reception desk and provided administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. Being proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite is also important.


If you have a strong focus on customer service, delivery, and quality, along with high attention to detail, you'll fit right in! Great time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills are also qualities we're looking for.
