Our client operates on the not-for-profit base in the transportation industry that represents various operators and industry associates. They are a major supplier of public transport in New South Wales with over 400 bus operators and 100 industry suppliers.
About your new job
In your new exciting opportunity, each day will always be different. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing inbound and outbound calls Manage emails and respond as required Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, organizing board papers, and reporting, take minutes and agendas Liaise with various stakeholders throughout the business and industry Operating the small online retail store by processing orders and packing for delivery Greeting clients and customers into the office – should you have any visitors About you! You will have excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and time management skills Previous experience in an administrative/customer service-based role Ability to maintain confidentiality You will have great attention to detail with the ability to solve problems, be analytical, and be a strategic thinker Competent in MS office including Excel, Word, and email Love a variety in your role, with the ability to multi-task throughout your day What's in it for you?
