At the heart of our organization is our Business Services Team, a group of dedicated professionals who are the face of our business.
They provide vital support to our team and clients, playing a key role in driving our success.We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Business Services team on a part-time basis 3-4 days per week.Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:Answering & Directing all calls (managing multiple lines)Greeting incoming clientsManaging the Reception inboxManaging the asset processFiling & ArchivingWhat are the hours?
Ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am-5:15pm with one hour for lunch; however, we may be flexible on days.
Normal business hours apply, however, the Receptionist may be required to remain until 6:00pm to greet clients when after-hours meetings are scheduled in the office (occasionally).
On these days, a later start time is permitted.Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a Reception role is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for someone with an exceptional telephone manner who can display confidence in dealing with challenging clients and is calm under pressure.
The ability to build meaningful relationships across our business is key.
