Receptionist/Administrator

Details of the offer

We are currently seeking a part-time/full-time Front Office Receptionist who is an all-rounder.
Your main duties are, but not limited to:

Manage tenants
Manage building maintenance
Maintain client accounts
Manage reservations
Answer phones
Schedule quotes
Assist with after-hour callouts
Generate reports and more

Qualities of our ideal candidate would include:

Strong PC skills
Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail
Initiative and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
Good work ethic and professional appearance
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to correspond with tenants, guests, and owners via email
Availability to work weekends and public holidays

Our requirements:

Must have a driver's license
Experience or interest in the property management and real estate industry
Positive 'can do' attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
