Our client employs a skilled team, comprising of Project Manager's, Carpenters, Apprentices and Trades Assistants/Labourers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, vibrant, and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join our client's expanding team on a fulltime permanent basis. This role involves being the direct line of contact with customers and assisting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative / reception tasks, including answering phone calls, messages, emails, and customer queries.Uniform and stationary ordering.Provide administrative support to Project Managers.Assist with daily project administration activities.Source and evaluate supplier quotes.Organise and manage electronic documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
