Details of the offer

The role: Ensure the efficient coordination and administration of the North Sexual Health Service (SHS) clinics. This includes:
• Managing and coordinating patient appointments for the North and Northwest Clinics.
• Providing high level administrative and clerical support functions to all staff which includes supervising other administrative/reception staff when necessary.
• Ensure the efficient flow of information to and from the office, along with the coordination of administrative processes.
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when performing receptionist and clerical duties at all times.
• Working in accordance with all SHS and the Department's established policies, procedures and guidelines

The hospital/site/area/team: Statewide Sexual Health Service (SSHS) has clinics in Hobart (Clinic 60) Launceston (Clinic 34) and Devonport outreach (Clinic 23) Position is based at Clinic 34 Details of Appointment Permanent, part time, day worker position working 15.2 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. 
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies. Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 (pro-rata) per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 Eligibility: The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer.
