About the role:
ONDC Hearing Specialists has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team at our CBD location on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate, friendly, client-focused individual who will provide high-quality service and be the first point of call for ONDC customers.
Working alongside our Reception and Admin team, this diverse role will require someone who can multitask, is efficient and highly adaptable.
What you'll be doing: Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering and directing incoming phone callsMaintaining reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentableProviding general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filingAssisting with data entry and other clerical tasks as requiredCoordinating the booking of appointments and managing the clinic calendarProviding a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative assistant role is desired Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitudeThe ability to work well in a team and independentlyWhat we offer:
