You will ensure the utmost professional care and prompt service by managing our switchboard and front desk reception area whilst supporting the administration team.
You will act as the dealership ambassador, the face and voice of our brand. Key responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all visitorsAnswer incoming phone callsMaintain customer databaseLiaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication.Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as requiredAdministration functions include purchasing, payouts, and invoice processing.Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as required)Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mailGeneral support to the administration and management teamsOther ad-hoc duties The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions countSound written and numeric skillsMS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledgeStrong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitudeNeat, professional presentationYou will be our customer's first point of contact, so first impressions count.
