Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.
Your Role: As our Receptionist / Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, andteam.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth officeoperations.
Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will keep everything running likeclockwork.
This position is based at the Catholic Education Office.
Key Responsibilities: Receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining the reception area at all timesby greeting and welcoming visitors through maintaining office security and following safetyprocedures to control access via the reception desk.
Carry out a range of administrative duties that include the daily mail collection, maintainingregisters, printers, admin emails, office equipment, stationary and office consumables includingkitchen.
Maintaining office credit card purchases and processing monthly reconciliations.
Contribute to WHS work practices by actively participating in meetings and fire Warden duties,ensuring that any hazardous conditions are reported to the WHS Manager and comply with theCatholic Education Safety management system.
Assist leaders with the administrative tasks.
