We are looking for a Receptionist to support the headspace Wollongong team and centre.
About us headspace provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues.
The multidisciplinary team at headspace Wollongong work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.
Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Wollongong.
We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
About the position The Receptionist/ Administration Officer will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of the activities of headspace Wollongong.
Key responsibilities will include: Providing administration support for the overall day to day functioning of the office Working flexibly and collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the organisation  Delivering customer service to young people, friends and family, and service providers over the phone and at reception.
This opportunity is available full-time, with part-time hours also considered.
This is a fixed term position to 30 June 2026.
We are looking for someone with: Relevant experience in administration in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and ability to learn new IT systems and clinical systems.
