Stacks Law Firm, Tamworth is looking for a receptionist. We are considering a full time permanent and/or a temporary 12 month role.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team.
Role Overview As the Receptionist at Stacks Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for our clients and visitors. Your warm and engaging personality, combined with your exceptional organisational and administrative skills, will contribute to the smooth running of our busy law firm. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and providing exceptional customer service to all individuals who interact with our firm. 
Key Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly.
Answer incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate individuals and taking accurate messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our law firm.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, while managing any changes or conflicts efficiently.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations and provide support when needed.
Manage the firm's safe custody facilities. 
Requirements To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
