Read Advisory, Chartered Accountants are seeking a Receptionist/Administration person to join our friendly and energetic team.The PositionThis is a full-time position role. This role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well with others. Experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided and remote support by another team member.Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing callsLiaising with clients, internal staff and other professionals including ATO and ASIC by telephone and emailSupport smooth running of the firmMaking and managing client appointments including diary managementMaintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities suppliesReceipt of payments at reception and settle payments using EFTPOS machine and fee from refund facilityPreparation of client correspondenceAdministrative duties such as scanning, filing, business pack compilation, etc.Collating income tax returns for presentation to clients in hard copy and electronic formatAssisting with client management mattersGeneral administration support to Partners and AccountantsCandidates applying for this role must have:High level verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsProfessional, friendly and welcoming manner and professional presentationWillingness to learn, show initiative and be a proactive team playerProficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookA competitive salary will be on offer for the right candidate and career progression in a friendly environment.Only applicants selected for interview will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
