What You'll Do:
As the Sales and Service Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
You'll manage a variety of administrative tasks that keep our sales and service departments running smoothly.
Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive and efficient atmosphere for both our team and our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle customer inquiries. Schedule appointments for our service department and coordinate with sales staff. Manage paperwork and maintain organized records for both sales and service transactions. Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management. Support the sales and service teams with daily operational tasks. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Contribute to the positive and energetic workplace culture at Graham Betts Motors. What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry, is a plus.
