Receptionist/Administration Assistant - no experience required! Dental Boutique is looking for a talented, full-time Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team at Dental Boutique Brisbane.

We Care and Respect We Deliver What We Say We Will Do We Do Everything with Passion We Pay Attention to Detail We Lead the Way About the Role: As our practice is rapidly expanding with a waiting list of new clients, we are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant (no experience required - all training provided!).
Key responsibilities include: Collecting and preparing patient and clinical data and information with great attention to detail. Undertaking reception duties to support the day-to-day requirements of the clinic including being the first point of contact for our patients, answering phones, assisting with in-person enquiries, coordinating lab collections and deliveries, and taking payments. Reporting to your coordinator on areas of improvement. Other administrative tasks as directed by your coordinator. About You: To be successful in this role, you should display:
Excellent conversational skills. Confidence in fast-paced working environments. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritise. Ability to take control and stay calm under pressure. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation. An eagerness to learn and to undertake training and education. For this position, we are searching for a candidate with permanent, full-time working rights in Australia.
