ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Receptionist / Administrator at Barden Lodge, you will be working Monday to Friday, providing reception, administrative and rostering support to the Facility Manager and the Director of Care.

As our Receptionist / Administrator, you will be a well presented professional with outstanding customer service and administration skills. We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills. You will be a flexible office all-rounder who enjoys working in a busy environment, adding value and contributing to making a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

The successful applicant will hold: At least 2 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in aged care. Well presented with a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. Excellent communications, customer service and relationship building skills. Task focused with an ability to time manage, prioritize and multi-task. Strong administration skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work well independently and as part of a team intermediate Microsoft Office Skills. All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination in line with government direction.
