Look after all visitors and clients who come into the reception area, including organising refreshments as appropriate.Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team as and when required.Ensure stationery, printer / paper and office supplies are in stock and at adequate levelsAssisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+PartnersOther duties as requiredTo be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:Strong customer service and client-centric skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.Excellent time management and organisational skillsAttention to detailProactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
