We specialise in providing Nationally Recognised Training and assessment services for the Construction, Mining & Resources, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Engineering and Electrical industries.About the roleAs a Receptionist/Administration Assistant, you will contribute to the provision of quality service by providing administrative support for the training centre in a professional and efficient manner. You will demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the training centre's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.The role will include:Answering telephone calls and customer inquiries as requiredSupport the office with general administrative tasksEnsure accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, resulting, attendance, and award issuanceCo-ordinate the enrolment of students into training courses using the Student Database and online enrolment systems.Checking learners meet the correct pre-requisites for the relevant accreditation issuance in line with RegulationsCollating all assessment and pre-requisite documents that form part of the final portfolio to issue a student with accreditationsFiling and storing learner assessment and certification documents in the databaseConsistent monitoring of data collection, and provide support for monthly/annual reportingAbout YouThis role will be based in our Jandakot office and to be successful, you must have the following:Demonstrated ability to establish and support customer/student relationshipsExposure to administration, training and document management systems or databasesStrong skills in the Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detailStrong attention to detailPreferred experience working in a Training/RTO organisation as an administrator (desirable)Understanding of ASQA standards & RTO compliance highly desirable (desirable)Experience working in a team environment where positive communication and teamwork are paramount.Our Vision - Meeting the future by engineering transformative solutions through full project and asset lifecycles.Our Promise to You - We believe in passionate and innovative people delivering our success.
